We can't promise how much you'll sell. Anyone who does is guessing. What we promise: most requests delivered in 3 working days, you see all of it, and if something isn't working we tell you before you ask.

You can submit as many requests as you want. They all go into a queue. At any given moment, 2 are actively being worked on: one Always-On (something continuous, like ads) and one On-Demand (a finite deliverable, like a landing page). When one finishes, the next in queue starts. Most requests are delivered within 3 working days.
If it falls under marketing. Ads, content, design, copy, email, pages, video editing, SEO, social. It's in scope.

On websites: we manage, update and build pages on your existing site. Landing pages, sales pages, fixes, changes. A full site build from scratch is a separate project, not a subscription request. Ask and we'll quote it or point you to someone who does it well.

Same for brand identity from scratch and photography. We'll tell you upfront rather than take the request and disappoint you.
If you're running paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee), yes - the ad spend is separate and goes directly to the platform. We manage the campaigns; you fund the ads. RM2,500 covers the work, not the media spend.
Most requests are delivered within 3 working days of entering an active slot. Ad creative, posters, copy, email sequences - that's the normal range.

Bigger builds take longer. When something falls outside 3 working days, you get the real timeline the day you submit it, not three days in.

The clock pauses if we're waiting on you - assets, approvals, or account access.
